She is. The Best. Kid. Ever.
At the park a few weeks ago, she picked me flowers. Fresh clover flowers at the park. “Look Mommy! These are for you!”
God forgive my impatience for the times I resent her interruptions so I can just read my book.
Allow me to treasure the times she wants to be close to me. The times she wants to follow me and tell me everything in her heart. Her fire prevention tips, her advice about how to fix my hair, her pleading that I never ever buy her anything in brown corduroy again.
The wonder and the carefree spirit. She is truly a remarkable and precious child.
