Throw Me a Lifeline

Where am I?  Where did I go?

I fell into a slump.  I’ve been on adrenaline overdrive for months now, and with things calming down somewhat, and with life evening out….I just can’t think what to write about.

I went into my google reader last night and had 250 unread blog posts from my subscriptions.  I went through a few, and left the rest, but I don’t know when I can get to them.

HELP ME PLEASE!

Email me at marymurtzblogger(at)gmail(dot)com with five questions you’d like me to answer.  You can ask me about my family, about my house, about myself, about the world in general, my beliefs, my opinions.  It’s probably already out there on the blog someplace, but I would sure like a jumpstart, and if you read here, you probably would like something besides me saying “I don’t know what to write about” or a recitation of how I made homemade pizza for dinner.

In the meantime, let me share with you a facebook status update from one of the kids I know through youth retreats.  This status update had me laughing all afternoon:  “No one finds you dangerous, Guy Fieri.”

  1. It’s hard to just be. You haven’t had that privilege for a long time. You’ll find The Way! I believe in you.

  2. Well now, I had to google Guy. I’ve seen him on commercials, but never knew his name. That is funny.

My brain is pretty much dried up on the blogging front (which is why I gave it up and only read about a dozen), but I will ponder your request today and try to come through.

  3. I’ve been having trouble coming up with things I want to write about on my blog too! I’ll try to come up with some questions for you…

That Guy Fieri FB quote is hilarious!

  4. How about Formspring? That place seems to be working to generate blog posts all over blogville. (Yeah, I’m punting on the questions, because, uh, yeah. Me, too.)
