Who, Me?

OK, shameless blog-self-promotion, but I just found out that a post I wrote last year is a finalist for Best Just Posts of 2009 in the category of posts about race in social justice.  The Just Posts are blog posts about social justic issues, and Ma: Little Bigot on the Prairie has made the final four in the category of Social Justice as Political/Legal: Posts Related to Race.  If you feel so inclined after reading mine and the other entries, please vote!

You may see all the voting boxes and the lists of other finalists here at Collecting Tokens.  I feel so honored to be included as a finalist, and hope that this makes up for the post I wrote earlier this year where I featured a picture of my broken toenail.

I would write more tonight, but I wore high heels all day and have angry feet, a migraine and post-time-change confusion.  God bless you wonderful readers and thank you for being here.  Even when I’m boring.

xoxo

  1. I’m completely boring every day and even more so when I’m sickly.

Congratulations on your writing…. now it’s back to bed for this old gal.

  2. Brilliant! I spent ages reading all those nominees, thanks for that and your post was the best in that category I read them all to be sure.
